Delivery of Goods


We ship the purchased goods to the address indicated in the order after receiving information about payment.

  • Order processing time is 1-3 business days, although we usually ship the next day after purchase.
  • Delivery time is a maximum of 5 business days from the date of dispatch, although our parcels usually arrive the next day after dispatch.
  • Poland: shipping cost via InPost parcel locker – PLN 13.99
  • Poland: shipping cost by InPost courier – PLN 15.99


    Exchanges

    Please let us know if you would like to exchange for a different size or color.

    Be sure to include this in the comment field when you click return (instructions below :) We will then reserve the product for you until we receive your return.

    We try to process exchanges as much as possible, even if a given size is not available on the website, so it's worth trying :)


    Return

    You have 14 days to return the goods :)
    If you wish to return a purchased item, please follow the instructions below - this will speed up the return process.

    You can also simply send your return to us at the address at the bottom of the page with a plain piece of paper with your order number inside.
    You can use gospodarezwroty.pl . Please remember to enter your order number.

     

     

    Or, return your item through our website and ship it yourself. Returns instructions:

    1. Open your order

    • Check your inbox for an order confirmation email from hello@itsdropless.com
    • In your order confirmation email, you'll find a "View Order" button. Click it to go to your order details on our website.
    • You can also view your order by clicking "My Account" directly on our website (the character icon next to the shopping cart icon)

    2. Start the return process:

    • On the order details page, click the "Report a return" button.
    • Complete the returns form, providing the reason for the return and other required information.
    • Add a comment if you'd like to exchange and specify the size and color. 🙌

    3. Wait for confirmation of return:

    • Once you submit your return request, our customer service team will process your request. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

    4. Prepare the package for shipping:

    • Pack the goods in their original packaging or other safe packaging.
    • Make sure the product has the original paper tags attached, the returned item cannot show any signs of use, i.e. it has not been washed, cannot be used for breastfeeding, etc. – this is a condition for accepting the return.
    • Place a piece of paper with your order number inside - this is a condition for accepting a return.
    • You will find your order number in the emails you receive from us and in the My Account tab on our website.

    You can also return your order using the traditional method - please let us know your return request, including your order number, at hello@itsdropless.com and we will send you a returns form and further shipping instructions.
